pueblo venezolano conmemora el D\u00eda de la Lealtad y el Amor a Ch\u00e1vez, fecha que marca la \u00faltima alocuci\u00f3n p\u00fablica del comandante Hugo Ch\u00e1vez en 2012, cuando desde el Palacio de Miraflores anunci\u00f3 al pa\u00eds la complejidad de su estado de salud y, con profunda claridad hist\u00f3rica, solicit\u00f3 al pueblo respaldar la continuidad del proyecto bolivariano en manos del entonces vicepresidente Nicol\u00e1s Maduro Moros.<\/p><p>Este mensaje, cargado de amor patrio, compromiso social y sentido de responsabilidad pol\u00edtica, se convirti\u00f3 en un punto de referencia para todos los sectores del pa\u00eds, especialmente para las personas con discapacidad, quienes durante su liderazgo fueron incluidas por primera vez en pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas de alcance nacional que dignificaron sus derechos, visibilizaron sus necesidades y fortalecieron su papel protag\u00f3nico dentro de la sociedad.<\/p><p>Hoy, el pueblo con discapacidad, el Consejo Nacional para las Personas con Discapacidad (CONAPDIS), la Fundaci\u00f3n Misi\u00f3n Jos\u00e9 Gregorio Hern\u00e1ndez y sus familias honran esta fecha como una expresi\u00f3n de gratitud y reconocimiento a quien impuls\u00f3 la creaci\u00f3n de instituciones, leyes y misiones dedicadas a garantizar la inclusi\u00f3n, la accesibilidad, la protecci\u00f3n social y la igualdad de oportunidades.<\/p><p>El legado de Ch\u00e1vez vive en cada acci\u00f3n orientada a la atenci\u00f3n integral, en cada programa que promueve la independencia personal, en cada esfuerzo por construir una Venezuela m\u00e1s humana y m\u00e1s justa.<\/p><p>En este d\u00eda de reflexi\u00f3n y compromiso, reafirmamos la lealtad a las conquistas sociales alcanzadas y renovamos el amor hacia un proyecto que contin\u00faa fortaleciendo la participaci\u00f3n activa y el bienestar de las personas con discapacidad en todo el
