Subray\u00f3 adem\u00e1s que esta Ley representa un instrumento transformador que impulsa la inclusi\u00f3n plena, la igualdad de oportunidades y la participaci\u00f3n activa en todos los \u00e1mbitos de la sociedad.<\/p><p>Asimismo, resalt\u00f3 el papel del sector productivo nacional, especialmente de empresas como PEQUIVEN, en la consolidaci\u00f3n de una cultura organizacional comprometida con la accesibilidad, la equidad y la justicia social.\u00a0<span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">\u201cEsta Ley no solo garantiza derechos, sino que promueve una visi\u00f3n humanista del desarrollo. La inclusi\u00f3n no es un discurso, es una pr\u00e1ctica cotidiana que debe vivirse en cada espacio laboral y comunitario\u201d, afirm\u00f3 Ram\u00edrez Osorio.<\/span><\/p><p>La actividad permiti\u00f3 generar un valioso intercambio entre las y los participantes, quienes expresaron su compromiso de seguir impulsando desde sus \u00e1reas de trabajo la inclusi\u00f3n y el respeto a la diversidad funcional como valores esenciales del socialismo bolivariano.<\/p><p>De esta manera, PEQUIVEN reafirma su compromiso con la transformaci\u00f3n social y la construcci\u00f3n de entornos laborales m\u00e1s inclusivos, en consonancia con los lineamientos del Plan de la Patria 2025 y las 7 Transformaciones (7T) impulsadas por el presidente Nicol\u00e1s Maduro
