Este instrumento permite garantizar que los menores contin\u00faen accediendo a los <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">beneficios de los programas sociales ofrecidos por el Gobierno Nacional<\/span>, a trav\u00e9s del <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Carnet de la Patria<\/span>, asegurando inclusi\u00f3n, igualdad de oportunidades y atenci\u00f3n directa a sus necesidades espec\u00edficas.<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1316\" data-end=\"1811\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">La jornada forma parte de las pol\u00edticas de <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">protecci\u00f3n social y acompa\u00f1amiento integral<\/span> que impulsa el Estado venezolano para garantizar el bienestar de estos sectores fortaleciendo la atenci\u00f3n de personas con discapacidad desde la base comunitaria. Estas acciones reflejan el compromiso del <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">CONAPDIS<\/span> y la <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">FMJGH<\/span> con la construcci\u00f3n de una sociedad m\u00e1s humana e inclusiva, en la que los derechos de ni\u00f1os, ni\u00f1as y adolescentes sean reconocidos y respetados.<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1813\" data-end=\"2311\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Durante la actividad, se destac\u00f3 la importancia de mantener <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">un seguimiento continuo y personalizado<\/span>, que permita no solo certificar la discapacidad de cada ni\u00f1o o ni\u00f1a, sino tambi\u00e9n ofrecer apoyo en educaci\u00f3n, salud y desarrollo integral, promoviendo su <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">autonom\u00eda, aprendizaje y participaci\u00f3n social<\/span>. Este tipo de iniciativas contribuye a fortalecer la relaci\u00f3n entre las instituciones del Estado y las comunidades, generando un impacto directo en la calidad de vida de los beneficiarios.<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"2313\" data-end=\"2678\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">El Gobierno Bolivariano, en coordinaci\u00f3n con las instituciones locales y regionales, contin\u00faa promoviendo <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas que garanticen derechos y oportunidades<\/span>, reafirmando su compromiso con la <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">justicia social y la equidad para todos los venezolanos<\/span>, especialmente para quienes m\u00e1s requieren apoyo y acompa\u00f1amiento.<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"3012\" data-end=\"3277\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Por amor a Gu\u00e1rico, seguimos fortaleciendo la protecci\u00f3n social y trabajando para garantizar el bienestar de nuestro pueblo<\/span><span style=\"font-family:
