Este acto no solo marca el inicio de un nuevo periodo judicial, sino que tambi\u00e9n presenta un informe anual sobre el funcionamiento y las actividades de los \u00f3rganos jurisdiccionales.<\/p><p>Durante la ceremonia, se expusieron los objetivos fundamentales de esta Apertura, que incluyen garantizar una administraci\u00f3n de justicia transparente, mejorar el flujo procesal, modernizar el sistema judicial, fortalecer el liderazgo institucional, despolitizar la justicia y mejorar la gesti\u00f3n jurisdiccional. Estas metas est\u00e1n alineadas con lo establecido en el Art\u00edculo 26 de la Ley Org\u00e1nica del Poder Judicial.<\/p><p>La participaci\u00f3n de CONAPDIS y la Fundaci\u00f3n Misi\u00f3n Jos\u00e9 Gregorio Hern\u00e1ndez resalta el compromiso del sistema judicial con la inclusi\u00f3n y la defensa de los derechos de las personas con discapacidad. Este enfoque busca no solo garantizar el acceso a la justicia para todos, sino tambi\u00e9n fomentar un entorno donde se respeten y promuevan los derechos humanos de este grupo poblacional.<\/p><p>La Apertura del A\u00f1o Judicial 2025 representa un paso hacia la consolidaci\u00f3n de un sistema judicial m\u00e1s justo y equitativo, donde cada ciudadano, independientemente de sus condiciones, pueda acceder a una justicia efectiva y sin discriminaciones. La colaboraci\u00f3n entre instituciones y el poder popular es clave para lograr estos objetivos y construir un futuro donde todos tengan voz y representaci\u00f3n en el \u00e1mbito
