Este tipo de iniciativas son fundamentales para crear conciencia y fomentar un cambio cultural que respete y promueva los derechos de todos.<\/p>\n<p>Este encuentro no solo fue un espacio de di\u00e1logo, sino tambi\u00e9n un punto de partida para fortalecer la colaboraci\u00f3n entre la comunidad educativa y las familias. Las madres y padres, como principales defensores de los derechos de sus hijos, compartieron sus experiencias, preocupaciones y expectativas. Sus voces son fundamentales, ya que ellos son quienes viven d\u00eda a d\u00eda las realidades de la educaci\u00f3n especial y conocen de primera mano los desaf\u00edos que enfrentan sus hijos.<\/p>\n<p>La Ley Org\u00e1nica de Inclusi\u00f3n promueve un enfoque que va m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la simple integraci\u00f3n en el sistema educativo. Se trata de garantizar que cada persona con discapacidad tenga acceso a una educaci\u00f3n de calidad que respete su individualidad y fomente su desarrollo integral. En este sentido, las instituciones educativas, como la \u00abLeo Kanner\u00bb, no solo se enfoquen en la ense\u00f1anza acad\u00e9mica, sino tambi\u00e9n en el desarrollo emocional, social y f\u00edsico de sus estudiantes.<\/p>\n<p>El di\u00e1logo abierto permiti\u00f3 que se compartieran experiencias, inquietudes y propuestas sobre c\u00f3mo mejorar la inclusi\u00f3n en el aula y en la vida cotidiana de los estudiantes con discapacidad. Es alentador ver a padres y educadores trabajando juntos hacia un objetivo com\u00fan: crear un ambiente donde cada ni\u00f1o, independientemente de sus capacidades, pueda desarrollarse plenamente.&nbsp;<\/p><p><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-5);\">El encuentro tambi\u00e9n sirvi\u00f3 para identificar \u00e1reas de mejora y proponer acciones concretas. La necesidad de recursos adecuados, tanto materiales como humanos, fue un tema recurrente. La inversi\u00f3n en infraestructura accesible y en programas especializados es esencial para garantizar que todos los estudiantes tengan las mismas oportunidades.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>El Gobierno Bolivariano liderado por el Presidente Nicolas Maduro Moros, el CONAPDIS y la Fundaci\u00f3n Misi\u00f3n Jos\u00e9 Gregorio Hern\u00e1ndez contin\u00faan promoviendo estos espacios de di\u00e1logo y acci\u00f3n, asegurando que esta nueva Ley Org\u00e1nica de Inclusi\u00f3n no solo sea un documento legal, sino una realidad palpable en cada rinc\u00f3n de nuestra sociedad.
